Every week, you can choose to implement recommendations  in feasible steps with the help a personal dashboard  – until you create a habit-based approach to fat loss. The further you proceed with TheSlimSchool lessons, the easier it will be for you to combine the various recommendations and to settle for fat loss that requires much less conscious effort and willpower.

TheSlimSchool suggests implementing 5-10 lessons of the 70 on offer as the easiest way to fat loss.

Of course, you can also choose from a selection of carefully designed diets  - one is based primarily on low calorie density food, one on foods high in polyphenols, one on the concentration of carbohydrates into one daily meal.
